The University of Kentucky is continuing the National Agriculture Week celebration by inviting youth to participate in a fun and creative art contest.

This contest is a wonderful opportunity to showcase creativity while learning about important agricultural commodities in our county. Youth (ages 9-18) may print the coloring page on an 8.5x11inch paper (see document below) or pick up a printed coloring sheet from the Boone County Extension Office (6028 Camp Ernst Road, Burlington. Youth should feel free to add their own personal touch and use their imagination for their sheet.

Deadline to submit entry is Friday, April 25th. Judging will take place on Monday, April 28th at 4:30 PM

Each winning entry will be featured on a special map of Kentucky at the 2025 Kentucky State Fair. We can’t wait to see how you bring your local commodities to life through art!
